Costs a lot but doesnt work for me

I downloaded this not noticing its price and was instantly billed $20.96. My local station, KPBS, turns out not to be on the list of available stations. I have deleted the app. Its obviously easier to buy a cheap radio and leave the iPhone out of the loop.
