I want to love this app, and when it works, its great. But it crashes a lot! Sometimes repeatedly... When that happens, I have to listen to the same introductory advertisement from WESA (local public radio here) over and over again, which is super annoying. I wish they would fix it. I keep using it because I cant find anything else to meet this need.

Fine if you want to start a subscription based approach but give me the option of getting rid of adds. And before you ask for money, make it work. Right now podcasts do not download, do not stream and most of all the app just plain freezes. It used to work beautifully. It was a great alternative to my local station as they play certain programs over and over and over again. This gave me the opportunity to listen to the programs I want when I want. Fix it and I may consider a subscription based approach. Right now its worthless

In my home cannot receive radio broadcasts so having NPR online is huge to me. I love it!

Great app. Usually the only way I can get all the shows I miss during the week.

I dont know why this app crashes and hangs up so much. No other streaming audio app I use is so undependable. Please fix it!

I mainly use this app when traveling. I still get to listen to the local programming I love and dont have to worry about whether I can find other favorite programs in my current location.

So many quality audio programs! I love talk radio and quickly tire of political and news drone radio. This app gives me quality, enriching, interesting shows that grow my brain and keep me engaged while gardening or doing chores. Lots of fam friendly stuff for kids and I.

When searching for local stations, it finds stations. But when j go to play them it doesnt do anything. I try downloading it and that simply spins forever. Both on wifi and cell. Same issue.

Use it to listen to NPR, mostly good, sometimes it has syncing/playback errors

I use the app to listen to the NPR station from my old hometown. It works perfectly on cellular data, so I can listen in the car on the way to work.

I recently moved to an area where public radio fades from my car about half a mile from home. I can get Canadian public radio loud and clear but not our own Michigan radio. This app means I dont have to try to get my news from dinky local stations. Thank you!

I love(d) this app but it seems to have lost some functions recently. Used to get a long list of programs on air, now just a few, and it seems to see only the favorites list. grumble, grumble!

New update crashes and cannot switch between programs. Frustrating !!!

Whenever Im away from my radio the app lets me still listen to the important & thoughtful NPR productions.

This app fails more than it delivers. The only thing consistent about it is its inability to perform.

Easy to use, good for finding programs.

I love the fact that I can listen to the local news from my area wherever I am. It works most of the time (its gotten better), and it has all the programming Im looking for.

Suddenly stopped playing 3 times in 2 hours. Had to shut down phone to get it to re-boot. Frankly, not worth using.

Im loving the Public Radio app!
